Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for Civil Construction in St. Louis, MO. You will lead project teams, ensure safety and quality, and manage scope, schedule, and budget from kickoff through closeout.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering with at least five years of PM experience on substations or heavy civil projects, and can coordinate with inspectors, vendors, and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of PM experience.
• Experience with substations, transmission/distribution, and deep foundation drilling.
• Ability to build positive relationships with staff, vendors and clients.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver on time, within scope and budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans before kickoff.
• Create and manage schedules; coordinate resources and material needs.
• Coordinate with inspectors, engineering firms, owner representatives and utilities.
• Manage risk and ensure safety compliance onsite.
• Oversee subcontractor scheduling and communication.
• Read and write subcontracts and vendor agreements.
• Support change orders and project closeout.
• Mentor and develop team members.
