Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with at least five years of experience in project management for construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of substation, transmission/distribution, and deep foundation drilling projects.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with staff, vendors, and clients.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver quality, safety, and productivity targets.
• Develop comprehensive project plans aligning scope, schedule and budget.
• Create and manage project schedules; identify and mitigate impacts.
• Coordinate all roles across the project lifecycle and with owners.
• Coordinate materials with suppliers and field supervision; verify quantities and specs.
• Manage site risk related to safety, contracts, and external specs.
• Support pre-construction meetings with estimators and supervisors.
• Facilitate change orders, closeout documentation, and client communications.
• Coordinate with inspectors, engineering firms, owner reps, and utilities.
• Schedule subcontractors and ensure clear communication to avoid delays.
• Review and interpret subcontracts and vendor agreements per owner requirements.
• Coordinate resources with other project managers and site leaders.
• Mentor and develop team members and promote growth.
• Maintain alignment with stakeholders at all levels.
