Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience performing the listed responsibilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Experience with substation, transmission/distribution, and/or deep foundation drilling projects.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff, vendors, and clients.
• Knowledge of obtaining permits, submittals, insurance/bonds, billing and close out documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in estimating, scheduling, safety, operations & quality.
• Ability to manage a small project with weekly review/guidance from upper management.
• Assist in managing risk related to job-site safety, owner terms, specifications, and other contractors.
• Recognize safety, quality, and incident risks and address them on site.
• Help coordinate the project schedule and plan subcontractors, crews, and equipment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and field supervision for material needs.
• Assist estimators in pre-construction meetings to support progress.
• Assist in project controls, documentation, and budget maintenance.
• Work with senior members on change orders and client close-out docs.
• Coordinate resources with other project professionals on site.
• Document project impacts to schedule, budget, and plans.
• Identify and rectify potential project delays and cost projections.
