Job summary

LaBella is seeking a Civil Designer to support public infrastructure projects and learn how smart design strengthens communities. You will assist in preparing roadway, stormwater, and utility designs while producing drawings, plans, and technical documents.

Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-disciplinary teams, engage in design training, and contribute to meaningful projects that build a stronger community. Salary range $68,000 - $72,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• EIT certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Familiarity with Civil 3D (preferred, not required).
