LaBella Associates in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Civil Designer to support public infrastructure projects and learn how smart design strengthens communities. You will assist in preparing facility and utility designs, and produce drawings, plans, and technical documents while engaging with senior engineers.

The role emphasizes collaboration, attention to detail, and a willingness to gain hands-on experience with Civil 3D and Revit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in civil design.
• EIT certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Familiarity with Civil 3D and Revit is preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and curiosity about public infrastructure.

Responsibilities

From wastewater treatment, collection, and disposal to surface water sources, groundwater wells, drinking water treatment, storage, and distribution—plus collaborating on high-profile private development projects—you will gain unmatched technical exposure and leadership opportunities.

Salary Range:$68,000 - $72,000 per year

The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
