LaBella is seeking a Civil Designer to help design infrastructure that connects people and places in Charlotte, NC. You will support roadway, stormwater, and utility designs, produce drawings and cost estimates, and assist with site visits and construction observation.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, 0–2 years of experience, and an EIT or plan to obtain it within 12 months. Familiarity with Civil 3D is a plus; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Salary Range:$68,000 - $72,000 per year
The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
