Qualifications

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• 2+ years of site design experience in residential/commercial/industrial contexts.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and basic engineering design principles.
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn new tools and methods.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare site layout, grading, utility, and stormwater plans.
• Conduct research, prepare reports, and support due diligence investigations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to deliver coordinated design packages.
• Perform design calculations and drafting using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Support permitting efforts with local and state agencies.
