This role focuses on engineering design and coordination with clients and project teams.

Responsibilities include analyzing data, assisting in project design per client specs, and preparing engineering documents for construction and advertisement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field from ABET-accredited program.
• 0–5 years of civil engineering or related field experience.
• Proficient in discipline-specific design software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience working with local county and state clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with alternative studies.
• Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography and other topographical or geologic data to complete a task.
• Assist in designing projects in accordance with client specifications and guidelines, using design software and drawing tools.
• Assist with developing the project quantities for construction cost estimate.
• Assist in the preparation of engineering documents for advertisement and construction.
