Job summary

Clinton Engineering is seeking a Civil Superintendent based in Clinton, Iowa. You will lead field operations on multiple civil projects, ensure safety, and coordinate with project teams to meet specifications and schedules.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and the ability to read plans and perform site duties. Travel within a 2-hour radius is possible; a high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading civil construction teams on multiple projects.
• Ability to read grading plans, specs, drawings and related documents.
• Must possess a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and pass background checks and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations on multiple civil projects.
• Track production quantities and compare to estimates to meet specs.
• Ensure site safety and supervise field personnel.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and teams to troubleshoot and complete work.
