Job summary

B&S Site Development is seeking a dependable laborer to support field teams on large-parcel civil construction projects in the Atlanta area. You will assist with site cleanup, material handling, and scaffold-related tasks while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading materials, assisting with scaffolding, and following supervisor directions in a fast-paced environment. Must be 18+, with 1–2 years of construction experience and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of construction experience.
• GED or high school diploma required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare construction sites and maintain a tidy, safe work area.
• Build and take down scaffolding and temporary structures.
• Shovel materials to and from work zones (asphalt, concrete, dirt).
• Follow all safety procedures and report violations promptly.
• Load and unload construction supplies from trucks by hand and with equipment.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and with a team.
