Job summary

B&S Site Development LLC in Manassas, VA is seeking a construction Laborer to support large-parcel, time-sensitive civil projects. You will assist with site preparation, scaffolding, material handling, and safety compliance on busy job sites.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of construction experience, a GED or high school diploma, are at least 18, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and willing to work in varied weather conditions. Trade school is a plus and punctual, reliable work ethic is essential.

Qualifications

1–2 years of construction experience.
GED or high school diploma or related work experience.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment/materials up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Clean and prepare construction sites.
Build and take down scaffolding and temporary structures.
Shovel materials to and from construction areas, including asphalt, concrete, and dirt.
Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations to management.
Load and unload construction supplies from trucks manually and with equipment.
Maintain pace in a fast-paced environment.
Follow instructions from supervisors.
Work independently or in a team.
Work in all weather conditions.
Be punctual, reliable and a hard worker.
Direct trucks where to dump and ensure PPE compliance.
