Job summary

B&S Site Development is seeking a hard‑working Laborer for our on‑site construction teams in the United States. The role focuses on keeping a clean, safe, and efficient site while supporting the overall project with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities include site preparation, scaffolding work, material handling, safety adherence, and teamwork in various weather conditions. Candidates must be 18+, have 1–2 years of experience, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• GED/high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment/materials up to 50 pounds.
• 1–2 years of construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparing construction sites.
• Building and taking down scaffolding and temporary structures.
• Shovel materials to and from construction areas, including asphalt, concrete, and dirt.
• Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management.
• Load and unload construction supplies from trucks manually and with equipment.
• Ability to keep up in a fast‑paced environment.
• Following instructions from supervisors.
• Must be able to work individually or within a team.
• Ability to work in all weather.
• Must be punctual, reliable and be a hard worker.
• Count truck loads entails: directing trucks where to dump, sign in tickets, keeping track of time and load count, assuring trucks are lowering their bed before leaving jobsite and making sure drivers are wearing their PPE when they get out of trucks.
