This Laborer role supports on-site cleaning, material handling, and scaffolding tasks across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of construction experience, is able to lift heavy materials up to 50 pounds, and can work both independently and with a team in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of construction experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparing construction sites.
• Building and taking down scaffolding and temporary structures.
• Shovel materials to and from construction areas, including asphalt, concrete, and dirt.
• Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management.
• Load and unload construction supplies from trucks both manually and with equipment.
• Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
• Following instructions from supervisors.
• Must be able to work individually or within a team.
• Ability to work in all weather.
