Qualifications

• 5–10 years of Civil Construction/Inspection experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with computer applications (MS Office, project software).
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily observation of contractor activities and Inspectors Daily Reports.
• Review verification of materials and track quantities.
• Prepare and negotiate change directives and change orders.
• Review and approve monthly contractor payments.
• Monitor progress against schedule and budget.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to inspection staff.
