Qualifications

• Knowledge of means, methods, scheduling, contract administration, estimating, and blueprint reading.
• Experience coordinating subcontracted and self-performed work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Autodesk.
