Qualifications

• Experience leading civil, heavy civil, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong civil construction means, earthwork, underground utilities, paving, and concrete.
• Proven ability to manage day-to-day operations, cost tracking, and schedule adherence.
• Knowledge of contracts, specs, change management, and coordination with engineers.
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling software; strong communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from preconstruction to closeout.
• Manage cost tracking, forecasting, and schedule updates.
• Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, and owners to align goals.
• Oversee procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change management.
