Job summary

SpawGlass Contractors Inc. in Texas seeks a Project Manager to lead day-to-day operations on commercial construction projects, from planning through closeout.

You will coordinate with superintendents, owners, design teams, and subcontractors to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals while maintaining contract compliance and safety. This role may involve mentoring assistants and supporting preconstruction activities.

Qualifications

• PM experience on healthcare, higher ed, civic, or corporate construction projects.
• Strong understanding of means and methods, contracts, scheduling, and cost control.
• Proven ability to manage day-to-day project operations, documentation, procurement, and subcontractor performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational and administrative execution of commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate across project team and all trade partners to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Mentor assistant PMs and support preconstruction activities where appropriate.
• Ensure all work complies with contracts, drawings, and specifications, and manage risks and change control.
