Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Senior Project Manager for civil construction and site development projects across New Jersey. You will lead from pre-construction planning through closeout, ensuring safety, profitability, quality, and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of PM experience in civil/utility projects, strong leadership and contract management skills, and proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, or Viewpoint. This role offers growth within a respected contractor network.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience within civil construction, site development, heavy civil, utilities or infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline preferred.
• Proven track record managing large-scale and complex construction projects valued at $5M-$50M+.
• Strong understanding of contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost management.
• Experience with Procore, Primavera P6, Viewpoint, HCSS, or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple civil construction projects from award through completion.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and contract compliance.
• Oversee Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and project staff.
• Develop relationships with owners, developers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Review contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and vendor agreements.
