MPI is seeking an experienced Site/Civil Project Manager in New Jersey to lead complex land development and infrastructure projects. The role combines technical project execution with team management, client engagement, and growth initiatives within an established engineering organization.

The candidate will supervise design, budgeting, scheduling, QA/QC, and permitting, while mentoring engineers and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for public and private

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 10+ years of Site/Civil engineering experience.
• PE license NJ and/or NY preferred.
• Experience with both public and private sector clients.
• Ability to mentor engineers and manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Site/Civil engineering projects from proposal through completion.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical professionals.
• Oversee project budgets, profitability, scheduling, QA/QC, and billing.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, reports, specifications, and calculations.
• Direct land development, site design, utility design, and stormwater management projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams and external stakeholders.
• Support client relationship management and business development efforts.
• Oversee permitting and regulatory compliance activities.
