A/Z Corporation in Bedford, MA is seeking a Civil Working Leader to supervise and coordinate commercial and industrial building projects. You will lead carpenters, subcontractors, and laborers, ensuring alignment with plans, schedules, and client requirements.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 5 years of field experience and OSHA 10 certification. Proficiency in safety procedures, JHA development, and layout using transits/lasers is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or relevant work experience.
• 5 years of field experience in construction.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Competency in Permit Required Confined Spaces (PRCS).
• Understanding and development of daily Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).
• Construction layout using transits, lasers, etc.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee civil work at commercial/industrial sites.
• Follow blueprints and building plans to meet client needs.
• Measure, cut, and install building components (studs, drywall, ceilings).
• Plan project schedules, site layouts, and manpower.
• Inspect and correct team work; ensure safety and quality standards.
