Job summary

AZ Corporation is seeking a Civil Working Leader to oversee and participate in commercial and industrial building projects. You will direct team members, including subcontractors, carpenters, laborers, and operators, following blueprints and plans to meet client needs.

The role requires strong leadership, independent work, and strict safety adherence. You will plan schedules, inspect work, and coordinate with management while maintaining daily reports and site housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of field construction experience.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Knowledge of SOPs and daily Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).

Responsibilities

• Lead civil work on commercial/industrial projects.
• Interpret blueprints and build plans to client specs.
• Supervise crews and subcontractors; ensure safety and quality.
• Prepare daily reports and material take-offs.
