Qualifications

• 1-3 years of on-site construction experience preferred.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Must pass background check, pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Clear and prepare site for construction.
• Assist in building structures for tower sites.
• Mix and pour concrete.
• Unload and load materials for job site.
• Dig trenches and follow safety measures for civil field work.
