Qualifications

• 1–3 years of on-site construction experience preferred.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time (may be less).
• A valid driver's license with favorable MVR.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Must follow directions from Foreman with a positive attitude.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Clear and prepare site for construction.
• Assist in building structures for tower sites.
• Mix and pour concrete.
• Unload and load materials for job site.
• Dig trenches.
• Follow safety measures for civil field work.
• Other duties as assigned.
