Job summary

Capstone Solutions is seeking civil construction workers for the greater Seattle area. The role involves site preparation, assisting in tower-site construction, concrete work, and material handling in a full-time capacity.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years on-site experience, know how to use hand and power tools, and can travel up to 40%. A valid driver''s license with a favorable MVR, a clean background, and a drug test are required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of on-site construction experience preferred.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
• A valid driver's license + favorable MVR.
• High School graduate, GED or equivalent.
• Must follow directions from Foreman and have a positive attitude.
• Favorable Background Check Report.
• Clean Drug Test.

Responsibilities

• Clear and prepare site for construction
• Assist in building structures for tower sites
• Mix and pour concrete
• Unload and load materials for job site
• Dig trenches
• Follow safety measures for Civil Field work
• Other duties as assigned
