Job summary

Connect Search, LLC is seeking an Estimator with approximately five years of experience to prepare accurate project estimates and quotations, collaborating with internal teams and customers to define project requirements.

This full-time, permanent role follows a Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm schedule and offers a salary range of $110K-$135K plus bonus potential, along with medical, dental, vision coverage and 401(k) enrollment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or similar is required.
• 2+ years of construction experience is required.
• Familiarity with project/structural specifications, blueprints, and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and respond to pricing inquiries.
• Conduct research on production rates, labor costs, materials, and other data to support estimates.
