Job summary

You will contribute to construction inspection, management, and administration services across Wisconsin, collaborating with our La Crosse and other regional offices. The role emphasizes leading projects, client liaison, and applying civil engineering principles to municipal and transportation infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience with WisDOT standards and Civil 3D is a plus.
• Ability to lead projects independently and mentor team members.
• Valid driver''s license and willingness to travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage WisDOT, County, and City transportation construction projects.
• Conduct pre-construction and weekly construction meetings; interact with clients and regulators.
• Perform civil engineering calculations; prepare plans, designs, reports and construction oversight.
• Serve as liaison with clients, government authorities and contractors.
• Deliver project documents within budget and schedule while satisfying client requirements.
• Develop and enhance client relationships and business growth.
• Prioritize project management and ensure successful delivery.
• Provide technical guidance to project team.
