Job summary

Distro in Reno, NV is seeking an experienced Civil Concrete Foreman to lead commercial and civil concrete crews on site development and public works projects. This hands-on leadership role oversees daily field operations, safety, quality, and coordination with project management.

You will supervise forming, reinforcement, curb, sidewalks, and flatwork; read plans, set grades, manage curb machine operations, and ensure schedules meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Concrete Foreman or Lead Foreman.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on civil concrete construction experience.
• Proven experience supervising and managing field crews.
• Strong background in civil and commercial concrete construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead concrete crews on commercial and civil construction projects and coordinate daily work activities to meet goals.
• Oversee forming, reinforcement placement, dowels, embeds, joints, and finishing to ensure quality.
• Read and interpret civil plans, grades, and specifications; verify layout and forms.
• Coordinate with project management, inspectors, subcontractors, and clients to maintain schedule and quality.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain daily logs and quality documentation.
