Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Concrete Foreman in Las Vegas, NV to coordinate and supervise all phases of construction. The role requires overseeing workers, inspecting plans, scheduling materials, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance on outdoor job sites.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of commercial construction experience.
Complete knowledge of construction procedures, methods, practices, materials, equipment, tools, precautions, and utilities.
Strong time management, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills; leadership and motivation.
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise activities of workers and construction needs for all phases.
Inspect blueprints for determining aspects of structure.
Schedule materials with purchasing agent.
Communicate daily with project manager about changes that could delay schedule.
Assign workers to duties and ensure training and tools are available to perform tasks.
Meet compliance reporting requirements including accident reports, site inspections and daily timekeeping.
Ensure safety measures and regulatory requirements are maintained.
Determine the fastest and most efficient way to complete tasks without compromising quality.
