Job summary

RK&K is seeking a Civil BIM Coordinator, Engineering Support to advance model-based delivery across transportation, water, and public infrastructure projects. You will lead BIM best practices, collaborate with technical leaders, and guide teams in leveraging Bentley and Autodesk tools.

The role focuses on digital delivery, AI adoption, and digital twin strategies, partnering with project teams to improve design efficiency and data management throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of Civil Engineering experience.
• Strong 3D modeling/BIM experience.
• Experience with Bentley and/or Autodesk applications.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ProjectWise, OpenX applications.
• Experience supporting file management systems and data environments.
• DOT/client experience preferred.
• Ability to lead civil engineering teams in 3D/model-based delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a firmwide resource for Civil BIM and digital delivery.
• Collaborate with technical leaders to advance model-based project delivery.
• Provide technical leadership for Bentley and Autodesk platforms.
• Support and optimize workflows with Bentley OpenRoads, OpenBridge, iTwin, Civil 3D, Revit, and Construction Cloud.
• Develop BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) with project teams.
• Promote AI and automation adoption in projects.
• Assist with digital twin solutions and data integration.
• Monitor industry trends and advise on strategic investments.
