Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Program Management or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of project management experience in a production/technical environment.
• Budgeting experience and financial acumen required.
• Technical understanding to interpret technical data packages.
• 10–20% domestic and international travel expected.
• US Person under ITAR ownership is required.
• Strong planning, issue breakdown, and crisis management skills.
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook; familiarity with Access and G‑Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate departments to deliver projects on schedule, budget, and quality.
• Develop and supervise schedules and budgets; track changes and risks.
• Support contract development and contract execution.
• Lead change management and risk assessment activities.
• Communicate status to stakeholders and ensure customer alignment.
