Job summary

Airbus Helicopters, Inc. in Columbus, MS seeks a Senior Manager, Civil Programs to lead end-to-end aircraft programs for NA and global markets. You will manage a 6–8 person program team and coordinate with up to 50 contributors across Engineering, Flight Test, Quality and Procurement.

You will own budgets, EV metrics, schedule and customer relationships, ensuring on-time delivery of UH-72A Lakota and H-125 variants, while driving process improvements and compliance with FAA rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Program Management, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years' experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or similar industry project management.
• FAA regulations knowledge preferred; aircraft completions, maintenance and repair experience; budgeting experience; technical data packages; PM Certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Civil Programs projects, budgets, and EV metrics (SPI/CPI).
• Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Flight Test, Quality and Procurement.
• Serve as primary customer champion for mission profiles (Air Medical, Law Enforcement, Utility, Corporate/PBA).
• Develop schedules using MS Project or Smartsheet and monitor critical path.
• Oversee contract from proposal to delivery and support sales with technical guidance.
