Job summary

Airbus Helicopters, Inc. in Columbus, MS is seeking a Senior Manager, Civil Programs to oversee end-to-end acquisition, completion, maintenance and delivery of specialized aircraft across North America and global markets.

You will lead a 6–8 person program-management team and coordinate cross-functional groups of up to 50 contributors, driving budgets, EV metrics, and exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Program Management.
• 10+ years in aerospace, manufacturing, or similar industry project management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and program budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 6–8 person team of program managers and cross-functional teams of up to 50 contributors.
• Oversee end-to-end acquisition, completion, maintenance, and delivery of specialized aircraft across NA and global markets.
• Manage complex project budgets and Earned Value Management metrics (SPI/CPI).
• Own contracts from early proposal through project completion and customer delivery.
