Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Drafting and 5+ years of civil drafting in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; strong grasp of annotation styles and Civil 3D objects.
• Experience with grading plans, surfaces, alignments, and earthwork calculations.
• Ability to read red line drawings and interpret engineer instructions.
• Proficiency with Windows, Excel, and GIS tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and finalize civil/geotechnical design drawings per standards.
• Develop layouts, grading plans, and details for civil projects.
• Mentor and supervise CAD technicians and review work quality.
• Collaborate with project teams and coordinate with GIS data where needed.
• Manage drawing sets and support file management and CAD standards.
