Job summary

Geosyntec Consultants is looking for a CAD Drafting Technician (Civil 3D) to support project needs across several Florida offices, including Tallahassee. The role involves creating and finalizing technical drawings for civil and environmental engineering projects.

The ideal candidate will possess strong AutoCAD and Civil 3D skills alongside experience in CAD drafting, especially in civil design. You will work collaboratively with a diverse team to ensure quality outputs that adhere to engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Drafting or relevant experience.
• Knowledge of civil engineering basics preferred.
• Experience with grading plans and stormwater management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and finalize technical drawings.
• Operate CAD software to develop final drawings.
• Analyze sketches and determine the best approach for drawings.
