Job summary

HDR is seeking an Associate Civic Principal to guide the Civic sector locally and contribute to HDR's growing civic and community practice. You will develop a client base and strengthen the firm’s reputation across the Great Plains region.

Responsibilities include leading pursuits, directing project teams, nurturing client relationships, and mentoring staff while collaborating with Civic subject matter experts to promote sector outcomes and industry presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 7 years related experience.
• Minimum of 2 years project management experience.
• Ability to interact with various design teams, and strong organizational, project management and communication skills.
