Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
• 15 years related experience.
• Minimum 7 years project management experience.
• Registered Architect.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the local Civic practice and grow a multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with firmwide Civic leadership to drive growth.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships on projects.
• Ensure the Civic practice meets business objectives and budgets.
• Mentor staff and support career development.
• Represent HDR and advance the Civic program locally and regionally.
