Job summary

Lionakis in Sacramento is seeking a Job Captain to lead the production and coordination of construction documents for civic and publicly funded projects. The role requires collaboration with project architects to address design, program, and regulatory requirements across all project phases.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of relevant experience, proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office, and a track record with California civic projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years of architectural project experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with civic and publicly funded projects in California.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production and coordination of construction documents.
• Collaborate with project architects to resolve design, program, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors across all project phases to maintain continuity.
• Support development of bid and construction packages and assist with construction administration activities.
• Track and communicate impacts to scope, budget, schedule, and risk, including changes.
