Job summary

Lowney Arch in Los Angeles is looking for a Job Captain to enhance our design-driven team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in multi-family or commercial projects, possess a degree from an accredited architectural program, and demonstrate strong proficiency in Revit.

As a Job Captain, you will be responsible for preparing design development and construction documents, coordinating consultant teams, and supporting construction administration tasks. Join us and contribute to meaningful projects that positively impact the community.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working on multi-family and/or commercial projects.
• Strong Revit proficiency is required.
• Solid knowledge of building codes, detailing, and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare design development and construction documents.
• Coordinate consultant teams and integrate multi-disciplinary work.
• Support construction administration (RFIs, submittals, field coordination).
