Job summary

New York City Office of Technology & Innovation seeks a Programs Project Manager to support the People’s Money and related initiatives, coordinating across departments to develop project plans, manage deadlines, and promote effective collaboration.

Under the Chief Programs Officer, you will implement project management processes, train staff on Airtable, and provide data analytics and visualization assets for reports and presentations to support program goals.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field with demonstrated project management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate across program areas.
• Experience developing project management plans and training staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Chief Program Officer establishing timelines, priorities, and cross-team collaboration.
• Lead and support project management activities, check-ins, and follow-ups on action items.
• Develop annual project plans and track deliverables across multiple program areas.
• Provide data analytics and data visualization assets for presentations and reports.
