Qualifications

• : A bachelor’s degree and two years of experience in community work or related duties, or an equivalent combination.
• : High school graduation plus six years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• : Education/experience equivalent to the above with at least one year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• : Managing project plans and deliverables, meeting deadlines, and resolving issues.
• : Providing administrative support to Chief Policy and Programs Officer and Senior Advisor, Programs.
• : Developing communications tools and strategies, including newsletters and social media.
• : Coordinating with NYC Talent teams and external stakeholders to align programming with city priorities.
• : Supporting research and policy development to improve program effectiveness.
