You will manage core tools (EveryAction, VAN, Google Sheets) and support targeting, field plans, and program reports. Strong Excel/Sheets skills and a commitment to equity are essential for success.

• Manage New Era’s data systems and tools (EveryAction, VAN, Google Sheets).
• Audit, clean, deduplicate, and maintain data weekly.
• Support targeting for statewide campaigns and electoral programs.
• Create and maintain internal program and department reports with scalable data systems.
• Train staff to use data platforms and ensure data quality.
