Job summary

Family Tree's GOALS and House of Hope programs in Aurora, CO are seeking a Data and Grants Manager to provide administrative, data, QA, compliance, and reporting support. This role ensures accurate data entry and monitoring across HMIS, OneHome, and grant records.

You will partner with program leaders, manage TANF logs, support grant reporting to funders, and help prepare for audits. Strong data skills, detail orientation, and the ability to translate findings into actionable improvements are

Qualifications

• Experience with data management, quality assurance, grant reporting, compliance, or program administration.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to analyze information, identify trends, and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor HMIS data for timeliness, completeness, and accuracy.
• Conduct regular HMIS quality assurance reviews and identify trends or corrections needed.
• Complete data reviews and provide feedback and coaching to program staff.
• Conduct file audits and quality assurance reviews.
• Identify documentation gaps and work with Program Managers and staff to resolve them.
• Support accurate and timely entry and maintenance of program information in required systems.
• Maintain and prepare TANF logs and related documentation.
• Verify TANF Benefits with County Partners
• Support preparation of grant and contract reports for Residential Services.
• Gather, analyze, and organize program information needed for funder reporting.
• Monitor reporting deadlines and communicate requirements to program leadership.
• Assist the Program Managers in ensuring accurate reporting to funders and organizational leadership.
• Track grant and contract deliverables and identify potential compliance concerns.
