Job summary

DANE LLC is seeking an experienced System Analyst to support Cityworks, IT Pipes, and related asset management platforms. The role focuses on administration, configuration, and optimization of the Cityworks Asset Management System, serving as technical lead for projects, integrations, and support across the organization.

The analyst collaborates with IT, GIS, and operational teams to improve workflows, data quality, and decision‑making through data‑driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field; 3+ years Cityworks/ GIS administration experience.
• Experience with Cityworks AMS/PLL, ITPipes, and GIS data integration.
• Proficiency in SQL Server or Oracle databases and scripting (Python/PowerShell).
• Experience with Power BI, Crystal Reports, and ActiveReports for reporting.
• Ability to design workflows, dashboards, and optimised asset management processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer and tune Cityworks AMS/PLL and ITPipes workflows and data collection.
• Lead system integrations with GIS, financial, and enterprise platforms.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs using Cityworks Analytics, Power BI, and reporting tools.
• Provide training and documentation for Cityworks users across departments.
• Collaborate with GIS staff on spatial data integration and asset mapping.
• Mentor junior analysts and manage cross‑functional initiatives.
• Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with policies.
