Job summary

BHE Pipeline Group is seeking an Work & Asset Applications Analyst at multiple levels to support asset and work management systems across enterprise applications. The role focuses on translating business needs into enhancements within Maximo, maintaining asset data, and producing reliable analytics and reports.

The role collaborates with IT, operations, engineering, finance, and procurement to ensure data integrity and compliant workflows across gas transmission assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or related progressive work experience.
• Two years of related work experience for Analyst 1; more for Analyst 2/Senior.
• Experience with asset/work management systems and analytics platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate business processes into asset/work management enhancements within Maximo and related apps.
• Maintain records of gas transmission assets and administer asset data attributes.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and manage work orders to support compliance.
• ETL data into analytics platforms and build data models for reporting.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Oracle Analytics Cloud and Power BI.
• Collaborate across IT, operations, finance, and procurement for data integrity.
• Document data requirements and configuration decisions for source systems.
• Support asset management policies and standards within Maximo.
