City of East Point, Georgia is seeking a Customer Resource Specialist (CRS) to collect and process information, revenues, and account set-ups while handling calls in the City’s Call Center. The role supports non-emergency and utility-based service requests.

The CRS will perform customer service and accounting duties for utility service activities, including cash handling, deposits, and daily reconciliations, under supervision of the Lead Customer Service Representative.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree preferred with 18+ months experience in customer service, cash handling or related areas.
• Experience in call center operations is preferred.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.

Aufgaben

• Answer incoming requests in a friendly manner and log information for the call center.
• Follow up on information requests or public complaints and provide general information about City operations.
• Operate cash drawers, credit card machine and balance cash receipts.
• Process deposits, post transactions and prepare daily cash reports.
• Provide proactive support to internal and external customers.
• Adhere to policies and maintain accurate financial records.
