Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience or related education/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, electronically, and in person with payments, inquiries, and service requests.
• Handle heavy phone traffic for multiple departments and direct customers appropriately.
• Process payments, balance cash drawer daily, and prepare daily deposits in compliance with policies.
• Maintain accurate records and update account information as needed.
• Assist Solid Waste and Home Chemical Collection customers with program rules and payments.
• Provide back-up support to team leads and supervisors as needed.
• Adhere to safety, confidentiality, and quality assurance standards.
