Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a physical, biological, environmental or social science or public health.
• For Level II, doctorate with supervisory/administrative or 1–3 years of research experience; or equivalent combination with a master’s and 2+ years if applicable.
• At least two years of relevant research or supervisory experience required for progression.

Responsibilities

• Test changes and document results for disciplinary-tracking system development.
• Perform trend analysis and assist with research, investigations, and future database projects.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Communicate data findings clearly to non-data audiences.
• Monitor metrics for case-flow procedures and identify trends in personnel discipline.
• Collaborate with attorneys to build process flows and tracking tools.
• Prioritize deadlines based on data requests and sources.
