Qualifications

• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and oversight of consultants.
• Knowledge of federal/state/local codes, regulations, and permitting for public works.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to present technical info and engage with stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct field inspections and interpret construction plans to resolve issues.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; PE licensure preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities
