Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with coursework in construction management preferred.
• Three years of experience designing and preparing specifications for civil engineering projects; one year of field work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project scope and field data to develop designs and specifications.
• Manage preparation of civil engineering construction plans and ensure conformance with plans, budgets and codes.
• Oversee inspectors and staff, set priorities, and review work for quality and compliance.
• Prepare and evaluate requests for proposals for consultants and services.
