Job summary

Base is seeking in-city event hosts to run experiences, socials, orientations, and dinners. You arrive early, set the room, greet Members by name, and ensure the space looks phenomenal before guests arrive.

This role requires charisma, reliability, and the ability to manage 20–60 guests. Pay is $25/hour for 2-hour events plus setup/teardown, with mileage and on-shift meals reimbursed; most shifts occur on weekends and weeknights.

Responsibilities

• Own the room from open to close, ensure setup is ready before first guest.
• Welcome Members by name at the door and manage transitions.
• Run events ranging from 20 to 60 people and adapt formats.
• Tear down and leave venue in good condition.
